Returns & Exchange Policy
At ISLA MER, each garment is thoughtfully crafted and inspected with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ensure a smooth experience.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Free of makeup, deodorant marks, scents, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging
Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your chosen exchanged item, or issue you a coupon code for the amount of the original purchase.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

ISLA MER will cover the cost to ship the new exchanged item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can
make it right.
