Returns & Exchange Policy

At ISLA MER, each garment is thoughtfully crafted and inspected with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ensure a smooth return experience.

 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Free of makeup, deodorant marks, scents, or damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• ISLA MER does not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
   

Exchanges

At this time, ISLA MER does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at heidi@islamer.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• A brief reason for the return

We will provide instructions for sending your item back to our Toronto studio.
