Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service.
Duties & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. ISLA MER is not able to predict or control these charges, as they vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Pre-Order Pieces
Select ISLA MER garments are offered as pre-order to minimize waste and support thoughtful production.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ISLA MER is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible—changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is submitted.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation where possible.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Packages returned to ISLA MER due to refusal or incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
